Why should you join a trade association, especially the Far West Equipment Dealers Association? The best answer to that is summed up in three words: PEOPLE WORKING TOGETHER!

Far West Equipment Dealers members and associates are from all aspects of the equipment industry, from agriculture to industrial, from owner to supplier. When everyone is working together to better your industry, you can only become stronger in your own business. Membership in the association gives you many benefits, such as health insurance programs, credit card program, the annual convention, business forms customized to your needs, and our “proprietor list” of equipment dealers. We have legislative consultants who are keeping us up to date in the legislature; our Board of Directors are very active in getting support from their respective districts; our monthly Far West Bulletin, is an excellent source of keeping you informed on issues and upcoming events; and our staff is here to help you.

In 1946, a group of dealers met in Santa Cruz, CA seeking support for legislation relative to price control. From this meeting in 1946 to today, this association now represents the majority of dealers in both farm and industrial equipment in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.
