MASTER CLASS: "Classic Farm to Table Style"

Niki Schwan’s upbringing in California’s Central Valley led to her lifelong passion for farm-fresh living and the rural lifestyle. “Every customer contact provides an opportunity to enhance an emotional connection,” Schwan. “This is where the farm-to-table experience factors in.”

Following her general session presentation Schwan curates, explores and inspires with a Master Class in Farm to Table Style. She will teach participants how to perfect the guest experience with custom charcuterie boards and table presentations. Schwan points out that farm-to-table dining extends far beyond a trend. Rather, it’s a way of eating that pertains to a larger, global, environmental issue and specifically champions the farming community. Not only does it support local businesses and healthy eating, at its heart, farm-fresh is a means to serve food on your kitchen table untainted by a distributor.

The farm-to-fork lifestyle introduces a way to create a customer experience that is not only interactive and memorable, but that could not be possible without the equipment this community is built on. The core of the agricultural industry now integrates a younger market with a global mindset. And, yes, it’s a simple, stylish experience that makes people feel an emotional connection through food.

Conference attendees, spouses, marketing and customer service teams will take away ideas and actionable techniques to create a sophisticated yet simple dining and client experience for customer appreciation and networking events, pop-ups and showroom receptions.
